Have a client who may be ready for structured sober living?

Rebos Co-Living provides safe, structured, and supportive housing for men and women who are ready for their next step in recovery.

We welcome referrals from treatment providers, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, hospitals, detox and residential programs, outpatient providers, probation and court programs, and other community partners.

A referral may be appropriate for someone who:

• Is seeking a safe, sober living environment
• Is ready to live in a structured shared-home setting
• Can safely live in a community environment
• Is willing to follow house expectations and maintain sobriety
• Would benefit from additional structure and peer support while continuing their recovery
• Is transitioning from treatment, detox, incarceration, or an unstable housing situation

Please note: Rebos Co-Living is a housing resource, not a treatment or medical provider. We do not provide detox, therapy, counseling, or medical care.

Submit the referral using the form below. Our team will review the information, contact the appropriate referral contact, and determine whether Rebos Co-Living may be an appropriate housing option based on availability and resident fit.
