Core Expectations
- All residents are expected to conduct themselves with respect, honesty, and integrity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment
- Follow all house rules consistently as a condition of residency
Zero Tolerance Policy
- No drugs or alcohol on the premises
- No possession or use of illegal substances
- Random or scheduled testing will be conducted
- No stealing (this includes taking food or personal belongings form others without permission)
- No destruction or damage to Rebos Co-Living property or the personal property of other residents
- No inappropriate relationships between residents and staff
- No physical or verbal confrontations with staff or other residents
Violation of this policy may result in immediate discharge.
Curfew
- Residents must adhere to established curfew times
- Late arrivals must be pre-approved
- Repeated violations may result in corrective action
Guests & Visitors
- All guests must be approved in advance
- Visiting hours must be followed
- No overnight guests unless authorized
- Residents are responsible for their guests’ behavior
Cleanliness & Chores
- Residents must complete assigned daily and weekly chores
- Personal and shared spaces must be kept clean
- Clean up after yourself immediately
Respect & Conduct
- Treat all residents and staff with respect and courtesy
- No violence, threats, harassment, or disruptive behavior
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere
Electronics & Quiet Hours
- Observe designated quiet hours
- Keep noise levels respectful, especially at night
- Use electronics responsibly and respectfully
Employment & Productivity
- Residents are expected to be working, seeking employment, or engaged in productive activity
- Participation in personal development and goal-setting is encouraged
Transportation & Movement
- Residents must inform staff or house leadership of extended absences
- Follow all house policies regarding transportation and curfew
Medications
- All medications must be taken as prescribed
- Misuse or sharing of medication is strictly prohibited
Accountability
- Failure to follow house rules may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Loss of privileges
- Additional responsibilities
- Program review or discharge
